Regarding "Avalon" on the title, Avalon is originally a location.

My guess about the title is that it's not about "finding the place called Avalon", but Avalon is being used as an analogy for the "world of magic" and potentially "peace".
It has magic, but it certainly doesn't have peace, hence they have to fight and survive to reach the awaited peace in the end (if it's there, that is)

No. That the entire jist of the arc. He’s basically the opposite of the MC in that regard. He’s derailing the “plot”, not keeping his head down, challenging the nobles, etc.

It comes to ahead at the end of the arc.

This arc also shows why the MC is so reluctant to change the plot as well.

I mean if MC didn't pull MC powers out of his ass and summoned Arthur, Tsukishima would flatten the entire school with ease. There is probably only handful of people that can go against him while he is still relatively low level. No one will be able to when he is leveled up a little more. His approach to the whole thing is fucked up but author still can't convince reader that what MC is trying to pull is the right thing to do and manga just making it worse with the changes.
