This author has serious problems with cats. He or she still doesn't understand that stray cats only go after fish because it's one of the few things they can hunt by themselves. However due to their actually powerful sense of taste, if you put fish and proper red meat they will go after the red meat most of the time.
My cat vastly prefers meat over fish and chicken, only resorting to those when she it's tired of eating meat.
