yeah, that's the right chord
the beatles used a lot of 7th chords like that, although not bm7 very often... it's used in "oh darling," that's all i can think of... b7 (not minor) is used very frequently though
the author probably used it to show that the song is beatlesy but not quite, as its a minor version of a common beatles chord or just a seven chord that the beatles did not use much
