Yeah, I found chapter 2 somewhat strange since it's the first time I heard someone suicidal strong in their own way. This really puts things in perspective. I really appreciate what the author has done with the work, and surely her aunt's memory lives on in the manga. Even though in the end she lost against depression I have nothing but awe and respect for her for fighting it on her own till the very end.

Glad to see there are mangakas who draw with some deeper motivations in mind, when you look at the majority of all the other mangas out here you can tell most authors didnt invest themself that deep into their work (and sometimes, of course, the opposite), not that it is necessary a bad thing but these mangas have a certain quality I really like.

Not that I really like the idea of telling the readers about suicide and other deep troubles of their friends and family, doesnt feel quite right, makes me think they want to play on emotions even if that maybe wasnt intended.

This got really heavy really fast. I almost cried. The part of the author not wanting to make people think their auntie just died out of depression and that's it really hits home.

The author is really strong for accepting their aunt's suicide and using her notes to really convey what these people are going through in their lives... To open up possibilities and make meaning in death not as mere 'depression' but much more... The way the author drew this feels personal and really strikes home. I wish the author all the best for their lives and their work.
