I feel like it would have been better if the author portrait the MC as fucking exhausted while waiting for the family to burn. Him sitting there sipping his drink seems like something an OP protagonist would do which is something the author has been trying to not portray in our MC. After all, this man just spent countless hours and loops making sure the families would target them, if it were me I would be at home sleeping for a few days.

He looped a bunch of times so, ig he was carefree?

He already went through hundreds death loops just to learn how to use a sword and memorize the samurai guy attack pattern so I'm pretty sure this is light work for him
