I think Kang Lim may already know about his sister before even chapter 1, he knew Yong Su for quite a while before the manhwa began after all. I think it was at the resort but there were a time where Yong Su had gone home first and Kang Lim seems to already understand what he is doing without the guy explaining much, iirc. With this context perhaps he was visiting his sister.
