2 things:
#1 as long as you dont have a visible belly or visibily thick (not muscle) arms and legs, men dont really care about a bit meat.
#2 BCAAs are a scam, yet they still get published. Just save your money and better eat normal fish, beans or meat, or if you actually need to, buy Whey or EAAs, though its really useless for an average guy/girl.^^
