Yeah I really doubt those repeat panels are intentional those are just out right errors and if they are intentional, its very poorly conveyed it doesn't look good. There are ways to do repeat/loops in manga/manwha comics etc. and this ain't it

Yeah the repeat pages are intentional, just check the RAW, even there in the comments everyone was confused about it. It basically just shows how a loop has been made without actually seeing it. It loops every time something happens that Kang Lim wasn't expecting or didn't know about, then in the next loop it progresses further to show he was prepared for them.

I feel like maybe I missed something from the previous chapter. I'm mega confused about the MC's motives for sending her abroad; he claimed it was in large part to protect her from danger, but the guy he was trying to protect her from is in America to begin with, and in the original story, he had to fly to Korea to chase after her, so isn't he just making it easier for the dude to get her? I feel like I must've accidentally skimmed something.

I was also wondering that, but then he explained that since she is going to a more prestigious school, the security will be much better than his school(and hey, their school is one that ended up in rumbles just because of a festival, not a terrorist or anything, just the festival. Not to mention how many guys manage to infiltrate the school easy peasy, like Da hee's sister and the stalker. I wouldn't trust his school either). I think he also said something about the restraining order against the guy is valid there or something, don't live there, don't understand the specifics of their law but that is the gist of it.

so the repeating pages are intentional and meant to imply that MC's looping. even though he shouldn't be able to do that, because this personal mission of his is not an "Episode" from the OG webtoon.

Then it's revealed that the loops happening because MC already started an "Episode" while doing his personal mission.
