Naah, if you think about it, the girl is already falling, and you only have a few seconds to save her. No way you're going to save her 'realistically.' Saving her from below has a chance to crush him to death and kill them both, unless our MC has the strength of the Hulk. In the end, you only have two bullshit choices: save her with the speed of light from above or save her with the strength of thousands of men from below

Yeah some the liberties this story takes is lowkey annoying. Same with the mobile number. So the stalker didn't bother looking up her number before he changed it? Too convenient.

MC should've been an athlete, he'll be successful if he can run that fast. Also yeah, if we're talking about realism this would've been a failed loop no matter what, he arrived when she was already falling yeah ain't catching her in time that way, and catching her from below? Nah, that just isn't possible she would still die, you can't just suddenly stop something/someone at that speed without something just snaps if he even have enough strength to not go down with her. There is a reason safety nets are elastic, if she hits an obstacle(his body) with that much force she wouldn't be okay either
