What's so cringy is how predictable Yo's responses have been all throughout this story - though I wasn't expecting him to be this much of a mannerless jerk to Kei, no matter how flustered he may have gotten by events past and present. Also awkward is how Yo's mom doesn't put up much in the way of a protest to his openly hostile behaviour to a guest at her house, even for sake of appearances.
