oshimi's just so good at expressing emotions and feelings thru just facial expressions. like there have been multiple times throughout this manga thus far where we are faced with just a full page shot of one of the characters, bearing a truthful and raw complicated emotion in a way that wouldnt be so easily construed with words. the face kei makes once they hear that yo recalled the same scene they did, the face mitani often makes around yo or when shes overhearing yo and kei, even the faces yo makes around kei explaining why they decided to come back. its just such strong displays of mixed emotions and i need to stop every time and appreciate how well he's able to draw them.

His art style is honestly really beautiful, I fully agree with you. It is simple yet also detailed. As you said the facial expressions really pop and speak to you beyond what words can do. As a hobbyist artist myself, I'm awestruck and inspired.
