Well, it was going to happen sooner or later I mean. A relationship just based on sex with no real attraction isn't going to last. She doesn't like him, even after all this I still believe the one she actually truly likes is Kei. Which is why she was always harsh with Yo, insulting him, sometimes even looking disgusted by him, even though she still continued having the relationship. Ain't no way this was going to end any other way.

That probably was the hard part imo. Kei will forgive him. The one who truly loses out in this situation is Mitani. As I thought, she'll have nobody now, and she used herself on someone she didn't even like just to spite Kei but in doing so she lost herself and messed herself up. Only to be rejected by the guy she probably perceived to be beneath her.
hey man... i just want to tell you that i registered the account just to tell you that you typed the dumbest and most brain-rotted comment i've read in the manga industry in my entire life and it isn't even close. im unreasonablly being very pissed now because of how stupid that comment was. japan is nowhere and remotely not even close of "sexually repressive society" its actually far far the opposite. and not being sexaully repressive society doesnt automatically make it a great society. in fact some cases it can be even worse than an actual sexaully repressive society
