A story that absolutely did not need to exist, and thoroughly blew my expectations out of the water. Funny and cute, although I think I would have enjoyed it more if it hadn't introduced modern technology to the mix.

Yeah that was pretty much my reaction (including your last sentence). The provided information showed they put thought and research into this time period, but why tarnish that with the unneeded modern technology?

I hoped the last page would be "lets meet at next years event in 1789! "
