@Kynnath Theres a difference here. We don't know about his triumph card yet, though we do know about his abilities of that class, which is a support-type class. Imagine being the CC in a MOBA game, but this time your skills don't have visual effects, your enemies don't talk back, and your attack is low. You are basically standing behind your tanks and dps seemingly doing nothing, while arguably you create more space for them than any others.
For a team battle the CC and support are often the leader, but in this case the dps/tank is the leader. So, while as the CC your job is still to observe the battle and use your skills accordingly, even before the leader do callouts, you no longer need to communicate as much except for the occasional, "that guy got slowed", or "i've put a DoT on him".
