Heh, damn, I relate to this Manga a little too much. 
I was sorta like that... Found myself deep in video games, no lifing away... But, eventually, I did come to realise how much I was going nowhere in my life, and then getting a part time job helped me learn how to divide up my time... eventually, overtime, I just phased video games out of my life. All for the better, because i find myself enjoying the outside more, partaking in personal fitness outside — rather than playing video games all day. Video games really are a easy trap to fall into.
