Not gonna lie, I thought initially that this was just some thing where Angel just got sent to a world where he was born a woman, and the stuff with Lyn was just a metaphor for his feminine side coming out (though considering how she hatched from an egg… it still sorta is).

Damn, maybe I should ask to add the isekai tag in...

On a side note, like I've admitted in multiple places, the egg metaphor was never meant to be a trans thing, as I wrote this before I even knew it was related to trans people. I just used eggs because 1) they're easy to draw, and 2) I really love shiny hunting through hatching eggs, it just coincidentally related to Angel's whole trans experience in the end.

But all will be revealed in Volume 3! There's still 18 more chapters to go!
