Thanks for the new chapter!

I like the fact that the skills she obtained on the job before her isekai are still relevant and are being put to use

Liking the detective work. I also like how her costumer service skills are coming in handy for more than just fancy speech.

It’s cute seeing the Emperor show affection. I’m still not sure what the deal with Ryu-Ban is though. Thanks for the chapter.

This series gives me waking nightmares of the decade I spent working for AT&T. It's far too accurate.

Thank you for the chapter! I think it's funny how she's basically doing the same job but in person this time, her dedication to getting the job done is pretty cool actually like she hates it but she'll handle it anyway

From all the isekai heroines so far, she is the one with one true skill and man her experience is paying of in this new world contrary to the other heroines.
She has all my sympathy.

After working in a call center for an internet provider... yes, it is that bad. It's even worse where I worked since we had a "policy" where you weren't allowed to hang up the phone for any reason, even if the customer was just screaming slurs at you nonstop, you HAD to calm them down and transfer them to a manager. Little things like the refund text having the other woman's name on it? That's what helps us from killing everyone/ourselves.

It's really cool to see an isekai where the protagonist can use their actual skills without it being videogames knowledge or cooking, so refreshing. Also, this makes me feel so sorry for call center workers, you can really tell someone's true nature from the way they treat people they have nothing to lose from.

woah is she solving two things at once? I can't deal with the crazies. lol

Btw, I just want to say that as a customer, I'm always nice to the person I talk to. I smile and say my thanks. Sometimes I even apologize for being so anal/detailed. I have cousins who work at a call center and so I feel for them. (I tend to get really good customer service. Kill'em with kindness as they say.)

I had a similar situation when I worked for GrubHub. I spent 30 minutes trying to call the customer to figure out which hotel he was in. I even call the restaurant ( I was friends with just about all of them) to get his real cell phone number to ask him where I should meet him. The restaurant called him I called him and GrubHub. When I finally got to him he called me a Bitch. When I told him no one talks to me that way he said we'll people should start. He almost dropped the food as he snatched it from me and I caught it. He then proceeded to say that I was attacking... As I was walking back to my car. He stopped and he was about to call me the N* word. But said Bitch again and left
