Also, not sure how the logistics of that scene worked.... His Highness is swinging his sword down and she rushes forward and he miraculously does not impale her as she rushes into him..... I don't know if the sword would just fall out of his hands and not hit the girl he had been trying to behead either XD But oh well. @4sarah1212 I think he change the direction of his swing when saw her jump in on the last moment which hit her hair ornament. Then she tripped and fell on him he dropped the sword and both fell.

And 😃Lol that looks painful. If that happens in real life its going to hurt ur mouth and jaws depending on how you fall and not to mention you'll bruse your lips and the inside of yours mouth along with it. And that ain't called kissing you just smacked the guys face with yours

You can't be serious.. The whole setup, character and world building, the flow of the story, pacing up to the very last moment building tension and she fucking TRIPS AND KISSES HIM?!?! No, fuck no. It was so good, the excitement following the tension when he was about to swing the sword was at a fucking precipice, I was imagining how she was going the throw herself in front of the girl to stop him. Wondering if he would stop in time or if she was going to get hurt, and then how severely, how they would react to her saving a mere servant, but they just had to break the whole fucking thing with shitty overused trope in an unparalleled anticlimax...
I'm probably still going to continue reading it but if I was going to rate it 8 or 9 before, it's basically just cut of one of its own legs right before the finish line. Fuck, I haven't felt this sad, pissed and disappointed since going to the cinema for The last Airbender live action.
