Okay, the first chapter very much has my attention, talking about how shitty and exploitative modern work culture is and how that is antithetical to people's thriving.
I hope that it doesn't go the way of Throw Away The Suit Together where the story's ending basically just says "suck it up" and shrugs. Even though these two will still have to live in the hellworld of capitalism, I hope that year they have given themselves is enough to carve out a healthier place for themselves, we desperately need more stories of people imagining a world beyond capitalism.

Ever first chapter of this new manga has already got me in the feels, and it was hella deep. I relate, so freaking much and it makes me feel so comforted in some ways. It hasn't been that long since I started working but it has been so long since I've ever been a careless, lively kid. With so many responsibilities as an eldest daughter and sister to my three youngest siblings, I've always been mature. I feel like I will relate more to this manga and damn it got me intrigued so much. I love it already and I'm excited to see more.
