This is absolutely lovely!
Wonderful, truly funny.

But no, serializing it would be Bad.
It's complete in and of itself, there is nothing further to develop.
There'd be too great a risk of destroying it, turning it into running gag humor or some such.

But, I really wonder at the ecchi tag.
The clothes are maybe a little risque, but enough for ecchi?
