whats goin on w mangadex

I'm new to mangadex, but not new to manga websites in general. Why are there so many claims going on? Is this a common thing? Like seriously, this is a good website, however, just some of this content is just sitting there ( without being deleted ), and complaints everywhere. Is it copyright? Is it Mangadex taking it down for some reason? I need answers. Cus' I love this website.

Are you talking about the unavailable chapters? If you are then theyre that way for 1 of 2 reasons. 1 is the groups policy of not allowing their work to be hosted here on MD the other one being thats its waiting approval from staff due to it being the 1st upload by the individual. If you don't want to see the unavailable chapters then just go to your settings and turn it off.
