Well, seeing the year it was published, this one is from 4 years ago, thus it is the event from "two years ago."

Your comment made me re-read that oneshot, and the couple on pg. 5 of that are indeed the same couple as the one here. In turn, the FL there is shown here on pg. 3 back when she still had long hair. Subtly connected stories like this amaze me.

To answer your question, the scanlators of that other oneshot might've just missed this. The publishing dates on Pixiv for both works are almost exactly 2 years apart, and this might've just been buried by other works in between.
