@Khott @crussiahare The meaning to me seems rather literal. Currently she seems to be wearing a summer dress with no sleeves. She also mentions that soon it will be autumn and dresses with sleeves will be worn.

She says this because his only goal is to fight someone strong and has currently expressed clear desire to leave after he has done that.
It seems that by asking him to hold her sleeve she is asking to see him at some point in Autumn, either for him to stick around till then or to return to see her after he has left.
