I found that you can manually get it to be in that more readable state by changing a couple settings. You'll likely need to change [Single Page] into [Long Strip] and [Fit Both] into [Fit Width].

I think he meant the uploader should have used the same setting as every other long strip manga. If it was the case the MD reader should automatically switch to [long strip] mode, you don't have to do anything yourself (thus messing up the setting for normal manga).

Oh, not-medieval-Europe somehow got the same governmental system/structure as modern China. I'm not sure if this is a praise for Europe (for having china-numba-wan system in medieval time) or a dig at China (for not moving on from a medieval system).
