Faye only just found out she didn’t kill the guy herself, and before she could even process her relief, she found out she unwittingly created the opportunity for his assassination. In the information overload, she‘s not thinking about Irene’s potential role in these events. And she’s certainly not going to hold something she never heard Irene say against her.
The original commenter questioned how Faye could forget what Irene did to her to trust her, and the comment you responded asked what it is that she supposedly “forgot” that she should hold against Irene. As far as I can recall, the only times Irene did anything bad to Faye in an open and direct manner was in response to the latter’s attempts to bully her. As the instigator, Faye has little grounds to hold Irene’s retaliations against her. Faye has no knowledge of Irene‘s schemes, nor has she been given a reason to suspect her.
