I mean at first it was ok, cool motivation to accomplish something. Now its just grinding my nerves. Even if he practiced non stop for 2 yrs, realistically you can't just beat some prodigy(which is how senpai is portrayed mostly). You can maybe reach near their skill set, but she is not some aged old geezer. She too would adapt and overcome anyone trying to outwit her.

As far as i know Shogi is much more annoying than chess in its nuances. So her being a region best(age wise) in it is not small feat.
