Which are the best original animes?

For the recent ones, i remember a few ones like Akudama drive, Joran, the princess of snow and blood, and Vivy fluorite eyes's song (mentionned before, very good choice). For the slice of life stuff, i've liked The aquatope on white sand and Hanasaku Iroha (older). They are the only original animes i plan to rewatch in the far future.

The Girls und Panzer franchise, no joke.

Dennou Coil, Space*Dandy, Shirobako and Gunbuster are also all very fun. Akiba Maid War a couple years back too was a ride.

For GuP I didn't put it because the manga was released before, but since the sites consider the manga being based on the anime so be it. Same as Akiba Maid Sensou, a lot of this decade original anime are solid. I for instance love Do It Yourself, Lycoris Recoil, Yoru no Kurage wa Oyogenai, Mayonaka Punch and more.

I love watching Shinkai Makoto's movies like Your Name and The Garden of Words. It so rizz sound for me. It attracts me and I can't take my eyes off it.
