As far as we know, Naekawa Sai does not have a husband. The two extra Miko illustrations, as indicated by the page before them, are made by the author's sister and said sister's husband. The pages in the book are meant to be read from right to left, so it might be confusing because MangaDex presents them in the left-to-right format by default.
