Title was one thing but the poll another, what goes on in my head most of the time is definitely not a third-person "narration" but me in first person, talking as i would actually, but in my head instead, doesn't mean that i can't/don't
act or imagine it myself though
and since it's first person it's not like i "say" stuff about every little thing i do, i don't have to "talk" to pick something up usually unless i'm focused on that specific thing i'm just thinking about something else while doing said thing in the first place, and sometimes it's not even words but just images & "feeling"
concepts
As for other voices.. pretty much boils down to mostly just "remembering" something that was said, in their voice (e.g. a classic, "You shall not pass!") .. as for adapting a voice, i.e speaking my own words in another voice.. i suppose does sorta..? sometimes happen but only when focused/into things, can't really force it much else "I" overpower it
Related topic to the mind, visualization, pretty bad at that, when i try to imagine e.g. a static cube and keep it that way it usually doesn't take very long for it start spinning (/shake/move in general), morphing doesn't happen much but damn does things like to move
(staphhhhhh) .. not to mention that things usually aren't exactly very "vivid"
