@Richman It's not uncommon to have that impression with that artstyle. Certainly with a less visible nose, tiny mouth and fishbowl eyes.
For some people it takes a few episodes to get used to such art styles.

Shared interests are cool, but being a tomboy isn't even a big plus in my mind. It's mainly due to Tomoyo's caring nature coupled with the fact that she won't discard the people she loves for what society would deem "better" (you see more of her character in the Tomoyo OVA). Also, she's got nice boobs.
