Interesting intro, I wonder if bro got isekai'd back home or something afterwards in a classic approach, but the fate line has me curious.
Was he ill? Was this apart of some grand stage setup by the gods beforehand? One way or another I'm excited to see.

Man, this is already so good.

The intetview style is very unique storytelling, haven't seen that before.

Sword Saint guy is kinda arrogant, but you can tell that he definitely respects the Hero. The mothafucka simply refuses to die.

Now I'm really intruiged as to who has killed Ares.

I've already read the WN of this but I hope the LN, and by extension the manga, manages to fix the problems I had with the ending.

as everyone says, very interesting, very unique,
kinda like a picture book or visual novel type storytelling

Thanks for the translation.
Quite an interesting start and device. Going to keep track of this one for now.

What if the Hero was just the playable character in a game world so his senseless grinding only makes sense to us and when the Demon king was defeated, thats game clear and the player has no reason to play anymore so Hero just "logs out" so they think he died lol

Thank you for continuing the translation. I love this author and the various works he is writing. If you are interested in knowing what happened, I'm making audiobooks for the original story and for other works by the same author.
Here is the Playlist for this one:

I'd say it's more of a message oriented story than a proper mystery

Love this one. The interviewing format really remind me of Ace Combat Zero. Love how we experience the story with some hindsight from the characters.

Of course, the hero is well alive, isn't he? But maybe there's some twist to it all.
