I have read two chapters, and either everyone in the hierarchy is in on it, or none of them have a shred of intelligence.
I get that they are like: "He has every reason to do so", but why would he show up three days after doing it, like he had no idea of what was going on? Also, the leader of all Murim died, and he had no idea? Apparently the news was everywhere three days before, you would think that it would have popped up once if they are talking about it on normal, televised talk shows.
They can do all of this intrigue, but not do something simple like blow up the plane from Japan he is flying on. Do that, and he is the eternal culprit who can never be found.
