Plot twist, she has severe mental issues and killed all of them herself, and then hallucinated a protective figure, and then when she grew up and the gravity of what she's done set in, the figure seemed less good and more evil, reflecting how she felt about the actions she took.

i think "Our household doesn't have a god" sounds better than "Our household doesn't worship gods for protection"

So do all of this author's stuff end with girls getting raped/and or killed by yokai dudes?
unless its borderline explicit, i have the interpretation that it's purely psychological and emotional torment that happens to the girls. y'know, to cope.
i looked at the creators pixiv and did find a crane husband one and octopus man one that were pretty heavy on the rape implications. everything else besides their nonhuman yandere guys looked like more tame fanarts of other media, judging by the thumbnails.

No mc, that is absolutely a god. That is what gods do.

Verbal contracts are very much valid, under fae laws. And gods and genies both operate under fae laws.
As for duress or being a minor, I don't think either of those invalidates contracts under fae laws. Though parents do have the ability to make contracts on the kids behalf ("firstborn child"-clauses), so it does imply some amount of guardianship authority (except afaik it is simply that humans can claim they own stuff they don't, and legally sell it to fae, without the fae needing to give restitution to the legitimate owner).

Either way, that god was clearly sloppy. Should have raised the kid to be ok with disappearing other humans for their own benefit.
