Maybe that's true. Maybe that person just wanted to reject you. Maybe they didn't want to tell you the real reason. Maybe you shouldn't get too hung up on one thing one person said at one point in time.

Really depends: I have a lot of girl friends but at the same time I've had a LOT of bad experiences with women, from rejection and stalking, I've faced it all. I've met really good women and women who aren't..... really "friendly", so honestly it really depends on the person, some has really great vibe, some ruin yours. But the sex factor always remain, the boundary always exists, while I can easily vibe with them, I can't relate much with their set of experience.

I apologize for letting you read my ramblings as someone who’s still immature.

I tend to view things from rather peculiar perspectives. The reason I brought gender into the conversation is that I’ve recently realized I don’t have any close same-sex friends at all. I used to think gender didn’t factor into connections at all, and personality was everything. Truth be told, I’m actually gentler toward people of the same gender than those of the opposite sex, yet none of these connections ever last.
I know I shouldn’t frame this matter around gender, even though that’s what I put in my thread title. Deep down, I still believe having matching personalities is what truly matters.

Her reason was that I always make decisions that seem lifelong without thinking them through. It turns out the way I thought I could show my devotion to her just didn’t work for her. I know I can’t force anyone to accept every bit of kindness I offer—that would be unreasonable of me. Maybe the maturity she talks about is exactly what you mentioned: not dwelling endlessly on something one person said at a single moment.

Personality really is one of the main things that determines whether you click with someone. Gender only creates a small rift between people and doesn’t ultimately decide how a connection works out. If I hadn’t made such a silly thread title, I’m pretty sure everyone would’ve agreed it all just boils down to each person’s individuality.

I wasn't referring to trans people in my post, since you either treat them as the gender they transitionated to or avoid them at all costs if you're a transphobe. Intersex, non-binary and non-defined are for people how are between both genders (cis men/women), don't consider themselves to be neither of those two and those who don't identify themselves with any gender. Now, if you simply wanted to know "do you vibe better with phallic or non-phallic people" any gender discussion is irrevelevant.
