I have to say that Sal Jiang's character design has gotten a big power-up in this series. I love to see so many different-looking characters. She's been good at drawing varying characters in her previous works as well, but here especially no cookie cutters were harmed in making this.

Is it really one-sided though? Also, "yes" to your PFP. And man Sal writes with so much energy and creativity. Characters pop and each story is so different from the last. Her premises are amazing but unlike some, she can expand on that premise really well and bring depth along with it. I've not seen her matched yet. Haven't even gotten to the art and varied characters. Easily my favorite along with Tamifull.

Sal jiang yet again delivers an engaging story and I can't to see what themes they're playing with this time. Feeling a little of living as your true self since we have the two extremes, one almost harmfully honest and one harmfully repressed represented by our two protoganists

Im so excited, all these characters look awesome. I think this'll be the first non-translated work I buy if a volume gets released.

Plot Twist: It’s a “You can’t live unless you have sex” room.

Also, our “human” MC is obviously a half witch. I do wonder if there is a super powerful ancient witch who’ll turn out to be her mom… Would give a whole new meaning her dickhead dad’s reaction.

What if it’s the lady from Chapter one? Or at the very least her descendant. Now, if she fell in love with a human and he turned out to be a religious fanatic (or a weak bitch who wouldn’t do whatever his goth GF told him to) i have no idea. Could just be a way to have a descendant… Do they have an average lifespan? Like their magic gets weaker and they RIP after centuries. But Hanako’s mom is like Big Mommy witch that was one of those who started it all so she needed to pass it on to someone… and ended up giving Sadako a custom-made tsundere girlfriend.

That's a crazy lineup for an anthology. I am a big fan of all 3 authors (and "Destroy It All," has been good too). I read Tamifull's side, but never realized it was the 3 of them. I wonder if they're writing friends--they all have similar-ish narrative qualities.

Edit: It turns out they (the 4 of them) are writing friends and were/are part of their own writing circle, Monophobia. That's funny and makes sense, as I mentioned before.

I was super surprised when this chapter kept going from when I had read the raws. Not sure why she's doing a multi-part chapter. It's not mentioned on her socials either. She does have vol 1 coming out early Feb so maybe related?
