Will my scanlation group not be approved?

Hi, I am a newbie and would like to join the world of scanlation. Last month, I just built my own scanlation website called Vassal Scans. Then I took a hiatus for Ramadan, and when I returned from the hiatus, I checked Mangadex and found that my group was not approved due to using an anti-adblock feature. This was my mistake for not reading the rules. Will my group never be approved again? or is there another solution?
