Don't use honey. You'll wanna use vanilla extract.
Look up a simple "purin" recipe. There's only about 4 ingredient you need, but vanilla extract is one of them.

@Botanybot Next batch i will use vanilla extract, i didn't end using the honey just sugar and caramelized sugar.
Hope they turn out ok.

@Botanybot Thanks! yeah i am sure that if nothing they will be edible, i worry i didn't butter the molds enough and they will crumble when the time comes to get them out.
