Really getting a bit of Fate vibes here. Surutu reminds me a lot of Beserker from Stay Night both in his design and from the bit you can see of his weapon while Halloween's blades remind me of Kanshou and Bakuya (Nameless Archer's blades). I feel like that's a bit too similar to be much of a coincidence.
