I agree that this chapter had pretty good substance and shouldn't be skipped. But it didn't have an assigned chapter number and instead was titled "描きおろし” (描き = to draw and おろし = wholesale(?) not too sure about that one, so I just titled it Extra Chapter). For the sake of lining up with the raws though I'll keep it at 22.5.
