I found this one elsewhere and I'd say it's worth looking up. It's not perfect by any means, but it has a specific idea regarding it's 'broken saint' concept and it stays more or less faithful to it.
Some of the details can detract from the overall result, like the author revealing more about the MC's childhood and background. Despite it being necessary for later plot points creates logical conflicts with other parts of the story that the premise also relies on. There are also several points where various characters don't seem to put much thought into their own survival which was frustrating, as it decreases immersion when plot armor seems to save the day. Healing magic in this universe isn't quite as OP for combat as it is in most fantasy settings, but certainly helps with turnaround on wound recovery.
High level, the impression I'm struck with is that it's more the characterizations that are the strong point and movers for this story. The author seems to have a good idea of WHO each person was and even if some of the details are a little wonky, the core of who they are and what moves them I feel was noteworthy compared to other examples I've seen lately.
