If you don't live in one of the expensive cities on the east coast of China, this is easy to do. Housing is very cheap here. I'm currently earning a bunch of money in Shenzhen (3rd most expensive city i think) and plan to buy property in a much cheaper city like the one Xiao Xu lives in!

It gets lost in the background but your right and wrong. at start he had 50-60k savings just for what ever only worked like 3-4 (Like once a week)times a month, and did some light stock investments. and with that could pay the rent and food from take out every day (and he got some kinda expensive stuff not like 5 star but like 20-40 dollars a meal). After Jang came into his life he started working every other day or every 2 days (8-12 times a mounth) and ate home cooked meals saving money on food, he also started more heavily investing in stocks).

Honestly it's pretty impressive considering what he dose he's basically a small youtuber with a movie review blog who gambles on stocks for fun.
