I cant believe people can actually hate this manhua. Whiles i do understand why they could hate it, i think they missed the point. The dude being manipulative and creepy was because he was really interested in her. It was written for the sake of romance. Creep? sure but sex is fucking creepy and filthy so who ever have premarital sex should be stoned to death. No.
It actually makes him more human than "wish fulfilling" stories. This is still a wish fulfilling story but its crazy well made. Its a slow slice of life writing of a going to be family of chill martial artist in the modern world.
If you like slice of life and Chinese's style of a "great main character" then this is a drug for you. Theres a sexy writing focus at one point of the story

when theyve gotten close enough for Jiang He to finally let Xu Qing touch her. But that seems to only last until they finally got kids. Which the focus shifted more to the kids but really wholly on the family dynamic.
