Its actually pretty dumb since up to episode 96 there's absolutely no trace of BL in this. I feel like those guys just saw the raws and assumed without bothering to translate the actual conversations in the...one or two scenes that confused them? Those scenes were actually pretty hilarious too.

Yes the art is great, yes every girl in this series is an 11/10 wearing skimpy/skin tight clothing, yes the powers and premise are cool, but also yes the plot is just tropes from JP shonen & CN shonen(equivalent) stories abound and bland overall...
If I was 15 still I'm sure it would have been a banger
