Right after she thought about that light entity, she was about to remember something else and stated that she needs to research more.
Inky might be some kind of a god of oblivion or a Secretive Plotter.
May even be Cid Kagenou playing around in another world at this point, as both him and this MC have a lot of common tastes.

If you remember, at some point MC learns about the "shadows" that the night witch sealed "outside", and when MC insulted them, Blackie got angry.
