I was just about to say this! I love the actual manga of course but a hiatus isn't so bad if we get little comics like this out of it, the mangaka seems like he could really do a slice of life fatherhood story.

Not all companies are this nice, some are assholes who use your own childcare leave THEY GAVE YOU as an excuse to demote your productivity rating, and later on use that against you to fire you.

You wish you could just leave and blast how shitty the company is on like social media or something, but people reading the comix would just blame you for stopping making the stuff they reading or something.
