there's a pun thats lost in translation here.

the food q chan orders is called the "neko-sama lunch" which is a play on words on the popular "oko-sama lunch" which means child-sama lunch, a popular dish in japan for children.

https://musa4trip.wordpress.com/2014/03/31/food-culture-of-japan-kids-menu-in-japan-okosama-lunch/

it continues the trend of this series changing a word in a real life product in order to make it related to cats. for example we have nyamazon and the dog statue that's been replaced with a cat.

Anybody else notice that the neko-sama lunch has four strikes? I'm guessing that wasn't intentional.

Between the other meaning of "flag" and the blushing waitress, this page seems to have another signification....

Or maybe I need to take of the shipping googles from time to time.

Sardine ice cream was considered one of the worst dishes ever made by an Iron Chef on the original Japanese version of the show. If memory serves, Chen, the Iron Chef Chinese, was responsible. Someone also made a fish ice cream on the US show; commentator Alton Brown described it as the worst thing he'd ever put in his mouth, and shudders to even remember it.
So hopefully it's taiyaki.
