I definitely like this manga, but it's starting to feel kind of "bloated" if that makes sense. Like, there's been so many plot points introduced that I'm not sure what the current plot thread even is. The time between chapters doesn't help that, either.

Unless Yusuke can somehow break it, i would think the granny is traumatized as being kept as a pet again.

@aigomorla I just binge-read this series, and the impression I got is that the previous evil god had immortality as his power, and she volunteered to receive it instead somehow. At the very start Yusuke was asked what power he wanted, and he chose customization without really thinking because he didn't know what was going on. I think that evil god chose immortality in a similar situation, and it became a burden they hated.

Come to think of it, one of the previous evil gods was stated to have been betrayed and killed by the heroes who made the Four Gods religion. I wonder if they maybe left him in a state that left him in permanent pain and agony, and so she offered to take on immortality so he could die.
