The manga skips details. I recommend to read the LN/WN that it has more details and slightly more mature descriptions, and very satisfying moments.

@Boogiepop no just Champion Scans; they are known to take their time with releases due to staff shortages. hit them up on their discord if you're curious as to their schedule

Mr Champion himself also have health problems witch can cause some delay, since they don't release without his say so.

It's eh IMO. The Main character looks weird and acts like every kind man in another world stories. I also get the feeling of it being very kiddish. Only got to like chapter 4 read a bit of it and dropped it.

@SovietWeeb: Personally, I think that's a good place to decide if you wanna read or drop. In my experience, you get the full gist of the plot and setting after 3 chapters and can make a decision if it's worth sticking around or letting go. It DOES pick up later on, but I don't know if it's to your style. Just wanted to tip my hat to you for at least giving it a chance instead of just "(Chapter) 1 and done" like some people do.

their delay is 14 DAYS?! who in their right mind thought that was a good idea? seriously. why even bother uploading to this site with such a stupidly high delay like 2 weeks??

@theldras: This is not new. This has been the system for scanlator sites for a LONG time now. Reason being is the sites are where the scanlators do all the translating redrawing, editing, cleaning, etc. work. The website traffic helps them get money to buy the manga so they can do HQ posts. They as for 2 weeks so that they can not only showcase their work, but have people stop by their site, even if it's only for a minute, to help build funds at no cost to the reader whatsoever. And since that money is meant to buy the manga, it indirectly supports the author kind of, though the reader buying the manga itself is a much better support for them for obvious reasons (which all legit scanlator sites advertise people do anyways).

(some of these arent isekai, but they share very similar themes)
I've been reading so much isekai that the names are hard to remember, but these ones are very good imo. Lots of isekai start off spicy, but then turn into just constant leveling and slice of life with no stakes and it gets boring. Hopefully you like these, it may seem like a lot of recs but there are TONS of isekai out right now and most are less than 20 chapters.
