What happens to all [Xenforo feature request]-tagged suugestions?
Are MD staff request it on Xenforo forums? Are MD users expected to request it on Xenforo forums?
Is it just polite way to say "nah we aren't doing this shit"?

A combination of the middle two

It means there isn't a way for MD to implement the requested change/feature, because it is functionality that doesn't exist within the forum software.
If a change or feature is desired, users should go suggest it on Xenforo's forums and maybe one day it will be included in an update.
