How does banked card work ?
In all these stories people just throw away the card in there hand to the guy that they want to pay and they said that there is the right price inside it....
But isn't banked card need to be used with a machine, isn't a need of a password ? Isn't the "black card" a limited card that should not be throw away like that ?
